Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Luz Adriana Velasquez Mosquera, trading as “Adriana Talent Management”, of 137 Glengall Road, London SE15 6RS, United Kingdom. You can write to us at collabs@adrianatalentmanagement.com. The agency processes data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and, when it processes data of people in the European Economic Area, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form on this site: your name, email address, whether you are a creator, brand or agency, your message and, optionally, a link or @handle. We use them only to read your message and reply. We also store the dates you ticked the privacy and age boxes and the version of this policy you accepted, as proof of your consent.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or sensitive data in the form; please do not include them in your message.
If you end up working with the agency (as a creator or a brand) we will also process the data needed to carry out the relationship: contact details, social media accounts and metrics, contracts, invoicing and payments, and the identification and payment details needed to sign and pay. These will be requested at the time and explained in the contract itself.
If you are under 18 do not use the form: we only accept messages from people aged 18 or over. Representing a minor always requires the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Creators shown on this site: only creators represented by the agency who have given their consent (or whose parent or guardian has, if they are minors) appear, and the consent is recorded with its date. Only a public (stage) name, a category and social @handles are shown; never full name, photo, age or contact details. They can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the agency and will stop appearing.
3. Legal basis
Consent (the form cannot be sent without ticking the privacy box) to read and reply to your message. If the conversation moves towards a collaboration, the basis becomes taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, later, performance of the contract. We also process some data to comply with legal obligations (for example accounting and tax) and for our legitimate interest in the security of the site (limits against mass submissions).
4. How long we keep it
Form messages that nobody has dealt with are deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest, together with any contact record created from them if no work has been done on it. Messages we have dealt with are kept while the conversation or professional relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example up to six years for accounting and tax records in the UK). You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).
5. Who can see your data
Only the agency's owner accesses the data, through a private panel protected by password (with two-step verification available). Particularly sensitive information (creators' personal contact and payment details, documents) is stored encrypted. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or profiling.
6. Providers that help us (processors)
To operate we use third-party services that process data only on our behalf: a server hosting provider (Hostinger) where the application is installed; Google (Google Workspace business email and encrypted backups in Google Drive); Telegram (internal alerts to the owner, without the text of your message); and, if the owner uses artificial-intelligence assistants to draft replies, Anthropic (emails, phone numbers and payment details are removed before any text is sent; the AI never sends any message or makes decisions: the owner always reviews and approves). The agency's emails only go out after the owner approves each one individually.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. In that case we make sure appropriate safeguards exist (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, restricted access (with optional two-step verification), encryption of the most sensitive data and of backups, change logs and abuse limits. No system is infallible; if a breach affecting you occurred we would tell you and notify the authority where the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, to give it to you in a reusable format (portability) or to stop processing it (objection), and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to collabs@adrianatalentmanagement.com saying what you want and from which email address you wrote to us; we will reply within one month. If you think we are not handling your data properly you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority of your country.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data we will update this page and its date. The version you accepted when sending the form is recorded with your message.
