Contact form terms

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. What it is for

The contact form lets creators, brands and agencies introduce themselves and tell us what they are looking for. Sending it does not create any contractual relationship or oblige either party: any collaboration is always agreed in writing.

2. Who can use it

Only people aged 18 or over (hence the box you must tick), or representatives of a brand or agency entitled to get in touch on its behalf.

3. What to send and what not to send

Give truthful details that are yours. Do not include bank details, identity documents, sensitive data or third-party data without their permission. Do not use the form for advertising, bulk messages, or unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing content. We may discard without reply any message that breaks these terms.

For security the form limits the number of submissions and discards those that look automated.

4. How we reply

Your message is read by a person on the team. We send no automatic replies and do not subscribe you to any list: if we decide to reply we will write to you from our email, one by one and only after the owner has reviewed it. We cannot guarantee a reply to every message or a specific timeframe.

5. Your data

What data we keep, why, for how long and how to delete it is explained in the privacy policy. By ticking the privacy box you confirm you have read it and agree that we contact you by email to answer your message.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page. Any question: collabs@adrianatalentmanagement.com.
